Participación ciudadana y aceptación de estrategias de gestión ambiental en contextos locales

Resumen

Introducción: La consolidación de procesos organizacionales y educativos mediados por tecnología exige distinguir entre disponibilidad de recursos y condiciones capaces de sostener resultados verificables. En este estudio se examinó participación ciudadana alta como condición asociada con aceptación alta, considerando que la evidencia transversal permite estimar relaciones, pero no establecer temporalidad ni causalidad. Objetivo: estimar la asociación entre la exposición principal y el desenlace, describir la muestra y cuantificar la diferencia de proporciones entre grupos. Métodos: se realizó un estudio cuantitativo, observacional, analítico y transversal con 380 participantes procedentes de tres centros codificados. Se utilizaron estadística descriptiva y regresión logística ajustada por edad, con odds ratios e intervalos de confianza del 95%. Resultados: el desenlace estuvo presente en 184 de 380 participantes. Su frecuencia fue 55.0% entre quienes presentaron la exposición y 40.2% entre quienes no la presentaron, una diferencia absoluta de 14.8 puntos porcentuales. El modelo ajustado mostró OR=1.82 (IC95% 1.21-2.74; p=0,0043). Conclusiones: los resultados muestran una asociación estadísticamente significativa y consistente entre la exposición y el desenlace. La magnitud observada respalda la pertinencia de fortalecer las condiciones institucionales relacionadas con el fenómeno estudiado, aunque las recomendaciones deben interpretarse con prudencia debido al diseño transversal, al ajuste limitado a la edad y a la imposibilidad de descartar confusión residual.
