Experiencias de investigadores sobre transferencia del conocimiento científico hacia organizaciones y responsables de decisiones

Resumen

Introducción: Este estudio examina experiencias de investigadores sobre transferencia del conocimiento científico hacia organizaciones y responsables de decisiones, y cómo los recursos, la participación y la gobernanza configuran su implementación y resultados percibidos. Objetivo: Analizar patrones cuantitativos y explicarlos mediante las experiencias de las personas participantes, identificando barreras, facilitadores y prioridades de mejora. Metodología: Se aplicó un diseño mixto secuencial explicativo entre diciembre de 2024 a febrero de 2025. La fase cuantitativa incluyó 120 investigadores; la fase cualitativa comprendió 16 entrevistas semiestructuradas seleccionadas intencionalmente por su experiencia directa. Se obtuvo consentimiento informado. Los datos de encuesta se resumieron mediante estadística descriptiva e indicadores de consistencia interna, mientras que las entrevistas fueron transcritas, anonimizadas y examinadas mediante análisis temático reflexivo. La integración conectó tendencias cuantitativas con relatos cualitativos convergentes y divergentes. Resultados: Los hallazgos mostraron valoraciones moderadas a favorables, aunque la implementación varió según el acceso a recursos, las capacidades, la claridad de responsabilidades, la comunicación y las oportunidades de participación. Los relatos explicaron por qué arreglos organizacionales semejantes podían experimentarse como apoyo en ciertos contextos y como carga en otros. Conclusiones: La implementación efectiva requiere combinar disposiciones técnicas con aprendizaje institucional, gobernanza transparente, adaptación contextual y retroalimentación. La integración mixta orienta decisiones prácticas sin interpretar asociaciones descriptivas como efectos causales y destaca la necesidad de monitorear las condiciones de implementación y la experiencia de los actores.
